The breakfast room had good food.
The room cleanliness was questionable. Slime covered the headboard. The kettle was covered in limescale. I was not able to use it. The receptionist offered a terse 'oh sorry, have a nice' upon checkout after I mentioned the kettle issue.

the anniversary gifts like drinks and cakes were a nice touch i really appreciated the thoughtful gesture. i also had fine views across the bay from my room
i noticed that the car park is quite small this makes it challenging when the hotel is busy it would be beneficial if there was more parking available perhaps an overflow area nearby

the standard king room balcony mid floor was well-appointed it featured a comfortable king-size bed and a private balcony i appreciated the minifridge for keeping drinks cool the room also included complimentary toiletries.

the restaurant offered a great breakfast buffet i found the food selection was extensive and the quality was high there were many options available from fresh fruit to pastries the buffet included hot items cooked to order.

the hotel had a well-maintained spa area i used the pool and sauna the equipment in the fitness center looked modern and the staff kept the areas clean i saw a variety of workout machines.

the hotel enjoys a prime bayside setting this is just a short drive from the city center i appreciated the easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions getting around was very convenient from this spot.

The breakfast had a large selection of food with very good quality.
Check in took 20 minutes because of the amount of people checking in. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, but nobody was willing to fix it. The floor to ceiling windows had closed curtains, the hotel expected us to keep the curtains closed to help their sustainability quota.

The hotel location near attractions was excellent!!! I found the staff members to be very friendly. The breakfast service offered delicious choices. I will definitely return.
The parking situation was challenging due to limited disabled spaces. These were often occupied by non-disabled individuals. This made accessibility difficult.
